Full job description

Golflinks Toronto Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Golf Equipment & Fleet Mechanic to maintain all course maintenance equipment and golf cart fleets across our network of courses. This is a hands-on, independent role based out of the GTA with occasional travel to other Golflinks locations.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on all turf equipment (fairway, greens, rough, trim mowers, tractors, utility vehicles)
Service and maintain golf cart fleets (electric and gas), including battery systems
Perform engine, hydraulic, and electrical repairs
Maintain a clean shop, track parts inventory, and communicate equipment status to the superintendents
Travel to Golflinks course locations for equipment that cannot be transported

Requirements:

10+ years of golf course equipment maintenance experience — required
Strong background in turf equipment and golf cart systems (electric & gas)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Valid Ontario driver's license with clean abstract
