Are you a skilled esthetician with a passion for skincare and a knack for providing exceptional customer service? Avleen Skincare is seeking a part-time/ Full time esthetician and Clinical Aesthetician to join our team! Located in the Chestermere area. we take pride in offering a wide range of services and products to our valued clients.

Hourly or 50/50 Split commission can be also offered!

Responsibilities

Perform a range of aesthetic treatments, including threading, body waxing, eyelash Lifting, Tinting, facials, makeup applications..
Gentle Max Pro Plus Trained candidates will be at preference list.
Perform a range of clinical aesthetic treatments, including Laser Hair Removal, Skin Rejuvenation, Chemical Peels, Micro -Channeling, Micro needling & Dermaplaning and much more..
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate services and products.
Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare products to enhance their experience.
Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling retail sales transactions.
Upsell additional services or products to clients based on their individual needs and preferences.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience and maintain a positive atmosphere within the salon or spa.

Requirements:
Clinical diploma or Esthetics Diploma

Minimum one year Experience Required
Professionalism and a strong work ethic.
In-depth knowledge of esthetics and skincare.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
A passion for staying updated with the latest trends in skincare.
