Lead Insulation Installer

Pay : $30.00-$45.00 per hour

The Same Guys Insulation is looking for a reliable, experienced Lead Insulation Installer to join our growing team.

We specialize in attic insulation, insulation removals, air sealing, batt & vapour barrier, basement blanket insulation, and other residential insulation services throughout Durham Region and surrounding areas.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys leading a crew, communicates professionally with customers, and can complete jobs with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Lead residential insulation projects from start to finish.
Complete attic insulation, insulation removals, batt insulation, vapour barrier, air sealing, and baffle installation.
Operate insulation blowing and removal equipment.
Safely operate and maintain a company truck.
Lead and train a 2-3 person crew.
Communicate professionally with homeowners.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Requirements

Residential insulation experience is required.
Experience with attic insulation, insulation removals, batt insulation, vapour barrier, air sealing, and baffle installation.
Valid G driver's licence with a clean driving record.
Comfortable working at heights and in tight spaces.
Able to lift 50 lb bags.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Excellent work ethic with attention to detail.
Able to work independently and lead a crew.
Willing to start early, work overtime when required, and occasional Saturdays.
Criminal background check may be required.
