We are currently hiring a Part-Time Night Auditor to join our dynamic team. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for all aspects of the daily operations of the housekeeping department in a hotel environment. This role includes working with the hotel team to develop and implement procedures that ensure exceptional cleanliness standards, optimize staff productivity, enhance guest satisfaction, and maintain the property's overall appearance and competitiveness in the market.

Your Role
Reporting to the Guest Service Manager;
In this role, you will:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
- Welcome, greet, and assist guests, including performing check-in and check-out procedures.
- Respond to guest inquiries and handle requests professionally and promptly.
- Answer incoming phone calls and process new reservations efficiently.
- Perform night audit duties, including balancing revenue and settlement accounts.
- Ensure accuracy in daily transactions and follow all cash-handling procedures.
- Maintain guest security through proper handling of room keys and personal information.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while completing operational tasks such as maintaining files and preparing the system for the next day.

What You Bring to the Table
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Opera experience is an asset.
- Must be friendly, energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
- Available to work days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as required;
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
