Full job description

CNC Supervisor | Afternoon Shift | $32 to $35/hr

Location: Vaughan, ON
Shift: Monday to Friday | 4:00 PM to 12:20 AM
Pay: $32.00 to $35.00 per hour

Build a New Shift. Lead from the Floor.

We're hiring a hands on CNC Supervisor to launch and lead a brand new afternoon shift in a custom aluminum manufacturing facility.

This is not a desk job. During the initial months, you'll work alongside a small team, operating machines while helping build, train, and develop a high performing second shift.

If you enjoy solving machining challenges, mentoring operators, and leading by example, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact.

What You'll Do

Lead daily CNC operations on the afternoon shift.
Program, set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines.
Support production scheduling and ensure quality and delivery targets are met.
Train and coach CNC operators while building the afternoon team.
Read blueprints and technical drawings.
Drive continuous improvement and maintain a safe, organized work environment.

What You Bring

Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience.
Previous Lead Hand or Supervisory experience in manufacturing.
Mandatory experience with both 3 Axis and 5 Axis CNC machining.
Mandatory experience programming with Mastercam or CNC Macros.
Strong CNC setup, tooling, troubleshooting, and blueprint reading skills.
Experience machining custom aluminum products is highly preferred.
Experience with Centateq (Weeke/HOMAG) CNC machining centres is a strong asset.
