Tony’s Sourdough Pizzeria, Elora Inc. (Ontario)

Artisanal sourdough pizzeria featuring a “Pavesi” stone oven and led by an award-winning pizzaiolo chef (by 50Top Pizza - APAC).

About Us: We are dedicated to crafting exceptional pizzas with traditional techniques and innovative flair. Join a team passionate about quality, creativity, and excellent service in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.

Open Positions:

Chef de Partie Responsibilities: Support kitchen in daily operations, private dinners, and room service.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a professional kitchen or service role.
Eligibility: Canadian Nationals, Open Work Permit holders, or PR Holders.
Skills:
Strong culinary skills and a passion for pizza.
Excellent communication and teamwork.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Assets:
Leadership experience (for managerial roles).
Knowledge of artisanal bread/dough preparation.

What We Offer:

Competitive Pay: depending on position, experience, and/or qualifications plus tips; negotiable.
Schedule: 5 day work week, approximately 44-54 hours per week.
