Full job description

Flex-Pression est un leader canadien dans la fabrication et la distribution de boyaux industriels spécialisés, d’assemblages sur mesure certifiés CRN, et de solutions de transfert de fluides pour des secteurs comme la chimie, la pétrochimie, les pâtes et papiers, l’agroalimentaire, et la fabrication avancée. Reconnue pour son expertise technique, sa rapidité d'exécution et la qualité de ses produits, nous desservons un large réseau de clients à travers le Canada et les États-Unis.

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un Responsable des ventes territoriales pour le marché du Québec, qui jouera un rôle stratégique dans le développement et la gestion des ventes de solutions de tuyauterie industrielle, incluant les boyaux en acier inoxydable tressés, boyaux composites, raccords, flexibles certifiés, et projets techniques sur mesure.

Les principales responsabilités du poste se divisent en 4 volets :

1. Développement commercial

Prospecter activement de nouveaux clients industriels (OEM, utilisateurs finaux, distributeurs spécialisés)
Identifier les besoins spécifiques en solutions de transfert de fluides et recommander les produits adaptés
Développer les ventes de projets nécessitant des assemblages CRN ou des exigences techniques élevées

2. Gestion de comptes clés

Maintenir et renforcer les relations avec les clients existants du territoire
Assurer un suivi technique, commercial et administratif de chaque dossier
Élaborer des plans pour les clients stratégiques

3. Support technique et coordination de projet

Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe d’ingénierie, de production et de service à la clientèle
Participer à l’élaboration de dessins techniques, à la validation de spécifications, et au suivi des délais de production
Fournir des solutions personnalisées répondant aux normes CRN, CSA, ASME ou autres

4. Suivi du territoire

Planifier les visites clients et la couverture du territoire québécois
Assurer une veille concurrentielle et rapporter les informations de marché à la direction
Tenir à jour les informations dans le CRM de l’entreprise

Voici le profil que nous recherchons :

3 à 5 ans d’expérience en ventes industrielles ou techniques (idéalement en tuyauterie, mécanique, fluide, instrumentation ou distribution industrielle)
Connaissance du marché industriel québécois et des principaux segments du marché
Diplôme en technique ou en ingénierie (mécanique, industriel ou connexe) ou en administration avec forte sensibilité technique
Bilinguisme français / anglais – requis (clients francophones et anglophones)
Capacité à lire des plans, interpréter des spécifications techniques, et collaborer avec une équipe technique
Bonnes aptitudes de communication, de négociation et de gestion de projets
Maîtrise des outils numériques : suite Microsoft, CRM, outils de présentation.
Permis de conduire valide – déplacements fréquents dans la province.
Autonomie, esprit d’équipe et orientation client
Basé au Québec, avec bureau à domicile et visite au siège social situé à Lasalle

Flex-Pression is a Canadian leader in the manufacturing and distribution of specialized industrial hoses, custom CRN-certified assemblies, and fluid transfer solutions for industries such as chemicals, petrochemicals, pulp and paper, food processing, and advanced manufacturing. Known for its technical expertise, fast turnaround, and product quality, we serves a broad network of clients across Canada and the U.S.

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Territory Sales Manager for the Quebec market. The role is focused on developing and managing sales of industrial hose solutions, including stainless steel braided hoses, composite hoses, fittings, certified flexible assemblies, and custom-engineered projects.

The main responsibilities of the position are divided into four areas:

1. Business Development

Actively prospect new industrial clients (OEMs, end-users, specialized distributors)
Identify specific needs for fluid transfer solutions and recommend appropriate products
Grow project sales involving CRN-certified assemblies or high-spec applications

2. Key Account Management

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers in the territory
Provide commercial, technical, and administrative support on all active files
Develop strategic account plans for key clients

3. Technical Support & Project Coordination

Collaborate closely with the engineering, production, and customer service teams
Assist in reviewing technical drawings, validating specifications, and following up on production timelines
Deliver tailored solutions that meet CRN, CSA, ASME, or other applicable standards

4. Territory Coverage

Plan and execute customer visits across Quebec (and occasionally other provinces)
Monitor competitive activity and market intelligence and report key insights to management
Keep customer and sales activity up to date in the company CRM

Here is the profile we are looking for:

3 to 5 years of industrial or technical sales experience (ideally in hoses, mechanical systems, fluid handling, instrumentation, or industrial distribution)
Familiarity with the Quebec industrial market and key market segments.
Preferred diploma or degree in engineering (mechanical, industrial, or related) or business with strong technical aptitude.
Bilingual (French and English) – required since we have French and English-speaking customers
Ability to read technical drawings, interpret specifications, and collaborate with technical teams.
Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and presentation tools.
Valid driver’s license – regular travel required throughout the province.
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and customer-focused.
Based in Quebec with a home office setup.
