You already know how to sell. We’re interested in what you could do with the right opportunity.

You may already have a sales job. You may already be making good money. We are not necessarily looking for someone who needs a job. We are looking for someone who wants a better sales opportunity.

If you know how to build relationships quickly, uncover what motivates a customer, present value, handle objections and confidently ask for the business, we want to talk to you. We will teach you kitchens, closets, cabinetry and our design software. You bring the ability to sell.

We Provide the Appointments. You Provide the Performance.

This is not a cold-calling position. Dream Spaces generates the leads and provides pre-booked in-home appointments with homeowners interested in improving their space. Your responsibility is to turn that opportunity into business.

Your Sales Experience May Be More Transferable Than You Think

We are interested in proven performers from windows and doors, HVAC, roofing, home improvement, automotive, furniture, luxury retail, real estate, financial services, telecommunications, kitchens and baths, closets and cabinetry, and other high-ticket or commission-driven environments.

We can teach cabinetry. We can teach our products. We can teach Mozaik. What we are looking for is the part that is much harder to teach: the ability to sell.

The Advantage: Design and Sell in the Same Appointment

Our consultants use Mozaik CNC-integrated design software to create the client’s solution while sitting with the homeowner. Instead of measuring today, leaving, designing later, emailing a quote and discovering that competitors have entered the conversation, you can understand the problem, develop the solution and ask for the business while the customer is engaged. What you sell flows into our production process and is built by our own team.

What You'll Do

Run company-generated, pre-booked in-home consultations throughout your assigned GTA territory.
Discover each client’s needs, priorities and buying motivations; accurately measure kitchens, closets and other residential spaces.
Design custom solutions on site using Mozaik CNC-integrated design software and present the solution live with the homeowner.
Prepare and present pricing, build value, manage objections, close sales and collect deposits.
Maintain client relationships from deposit through installation and coordinate with internal production and installation teams.
Follow up on opportunities that do not close during the first consultation and actively manage your pipeline and performance.

What We're Looking For

A demonstrated history of meeting targets, closing sales and managing client relationships in a commission-driven environment.
The ability to build rapport quickly, ask strong questions, listen carefully, present value and confidently ask for the sale.
Professional objection handling, disciplined follow-up, self-direction, organization, coachability and ownership of results.
Accurate field-measurement skills, or the aptitude and care to master them through training.
Experience with Mozaik, Cabinet Vision or similar software is an advantage, but not required; product and software training are provided.
Kitchen, closet or cabinetry experience is welcome but not mandatory. Proven sales performance is the priority.

Compensation

Base salary from CA$36,000 per year, plus bonuses and commission starting immediately. This is a commission sales position. The base is a floor — not the target. Expected yearly earnings are upwards of CA$80,000, and income grows with performance.
