Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Tow Truck Driver / Auto Detailer, where you’ll play a vital role in maintaining vehicle safety, appearance, and customer satisfaction. This energetic position combines the essential skills of towing and roadside assistance with professional auto detailing, ensuring vehicles are transported securely and our customers cars leave the shop looking their best. Your proactive attitude and mechanical expertise will help keep our operations running smoothly while delivering top-notch service to our customers. This paid position offers a chance to develop your automotive skills in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Responsibilities

Safely operate tow trucks to recover, transport, and deliver vehicles across various locations.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting vehicle owners with professionalism and courtesy during roadside assistance or recovery.
Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after towing to identify mechanical issues or damages.
Maintain accurate records of all towing activities, vehicle conditions, and customer interactions.
Perform auto detailing tasks including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and interior cleaning to restore vehicles’ appearance.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and background check
Current Tow license a definite asset, will assist in training the right candidate
Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and automotive operation fundamentals.
Experience operating tow trucks or similar commercial vehicles preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
