Already a leader in preservative-free dry eye treatments for the past 10 years, we’re one of Canada’s fastest growing healthcare companies with a strong reputation among patients and healthcare professionals.

We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative (M/F) to join our team, who will develop existing and win new accounts in the Greater Montreal Area applying your sales and customer relations skills, as well as our sales and marketing strategies.

Your role will involve:

Building and maintaining strong relationships through regular communication with accounts (meeting / phone / email/ video calls / etc) and understanding their needs
Identifying and developing sales leads and business opportunities
Providing a consistent high level of personalized customer service
Visit accounts/clinics and meet in-person the relevant decision makers (doctors, clinic managers and staff)
Organizing presentations / best practice sharing sessions via in-person meetings or virtually
Introducing our treatments to doctors and clinic staff at trade shows
Assisting with planning, creation and execution of marketing campaigns and communications
Maintaining accounts records in CRM by ensuring customer files are completed and updated on a regular basis
Special assignments and projects as the business grows and evolves

Must-haves:

You have a minimum of 1-2 years of sales/customer service experience.
Previous experience in the pharmaceutical/optical/healthcare/beauty industry is an asset.
Bilingualism in French & English (both written and spoken) is required due to servicing accounts in Quebec and outside the province.
You have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
You are energetic, yet personable, open-minded and caring.
You have strong organizational skills, proactive work ethic and attention to detail.
You’re a team player; collaborative, inquisitive and ready to help where needed.
You can multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
You never need to be followed up with.
You apply MS Office easily and are open to adapt to our CRM system.
You’re committed to adapting to dynamic circumstances in an entrepreneurial environment with a positive attitude.
Previous experience working with high-end brands or products is welcome.
You must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (at least 20%).
