Property Enhancement Crew Member

Superb Group is growing — and we’re looking for hardworking individuals who take pride in transforming outdoor spaces.

We specialize in Commercial, Industrial, and Multi-Residential properties throughout Guelph, Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge. Our Property Enhancement team focuses on upgrades and improvements — the projects that completely change how a property looks and feels.

This is a full-time, year-round position ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active outdoors, and seeing the results of their effort immediately.

The Role

As a Property Enhancement Labourer, you’ll work on projects that improve and upgrade properties — from fresh mulch installations to full garden transformations.

This is fast-paced, physical work for someone who likes being part of a crew that builds something they can be proud of.

What You’ll Be Doing

Mulch installation and bed redefining
Planting trees, shrubs, and seasonal material
River rock placement and garden upgrades
Sod installation
Tree and shrub removal
Assisting with garden makeovers and property improvements
Loading and preparing tools and materials for each job
Operating landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
Maintaining clean, professional job sites

You’ll work closely with the Property Enhancement Supervisor and crew to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.

What We’re Looking For

Landscaping or property enhancement experience is an asset — but we’re willing to train the right person
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and working outdoors
Detail-oriented and takes pride in quality work
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable working in various weather conditions
Valid G driver’s license is an asset
