Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Hairdresser to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hair styling, exceptional customer service skills, and a dedication to creating a welcoming salon environment. As a Senior Hairdresser, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality hair services, maintaining sanitation standards, and contributing to the overall success of our salon. This position offers opportunities for professional growth and the chance to build lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

Provide expert hair styling, cutting, coloring, and treatment services tailored to client preferences
Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations
Maintain strict sanitation and cleanliness standards in all work areas and tools
Upsell retail hair products and additional salon services to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
Build strong client relationships through effective communication and professional consultation
Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Hairdresser with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating diverse styling skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills to engage clients effectively
Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards within a salon setting
Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining professionalism
Strong retail sales skills with a focus on enhancing client experience through product recommendations
Experience managing front desk operations or administrative tasks is preferred
Certification or licensing as required by local regulations for hairdressing professionals
