TallSky Consulting is proud to partner with our client, Sol, to recruit a Sales and Operations Coordinator for their growing Victoria, BC team. Working closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, suppliers, and customers, you will help ensure customer orders move seamlessly from purchase order through delivery and payment.

What you will do each day:

Manage customer orders from purchase order through delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Coordinate shipments, logistics documentation, and delivery updates with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Support purchasing activities and supplier coordination related to customer orders.
Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping updates, documentation, and invoicing.
Prepare invoices, monitor payment status, and coordinate with finance partners.
Maintain accurate information within ERP and other business systems.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate workflows, and enhance the customer experience.
