Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage daily administrative tasks, provide excellent customer service, and support office operations to ensure efficiency and professionalism. This role requires strong computer skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Handle filing, document proofreading, and general clerical tasks to support office functions
Provide customer support via phone and in person, addressing inquiries
Assist with bookkeeping and basic financial record keeping for the officeg
Maintain organized files and ensure all administrative procedures are followed efficiently
Support team members with administrative needs to facilitate smooth office workflow

Skills
