Landscape Maintenance Supervisor ( Maintenance Captain)

Job Description: Landscape Maintenance Supervisor - “Maintenance Captain”

Perform landscape maintenance & enhancements ie , trimming, pruning, garden care, turf care etc.
leadership, support, and training for maintenance team
training: equipment use, horticultural decisions, site mgmt, team mgmt.
team building and coaching
onboarding
direction and procedures
crew & route changes
tailgate safety meetings
vehicle and equipment maintenance & inventory
material inventory
yard organization and housekeeping
customer service
administration and reporting
Other tasks as required

Qualifications:

Full position Minimum 10 years of Landscape Maintenance Experience
In training potion 5-7 years of Maintenance Supervision Experience
Strong Landscaping and Horticultural knowledge required
Strong communication skills required
Strong organizational skills required
Coaching or teaching skills are an asset
Strong problem solving skills
Excel, Outlook, Word, database skills required
Customer service experience an asset
Landscape Certification or Diploma an asset
Clean G Licence required
Snow plowing experience an asset
Skidsteer skills an asset

Start Date: Immediately
