Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and bodywork, with the ability to restore vehicles to their original condition efficiently and safely. This role offers an excellent opportunity for those with dealership experience or mechanical knowledge to advance their careers in a professional environment dedicated to quality and customer satisfaction.

Duties

Repair and replace damaged vehicle panels, frames, and structural components using hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques.
Perform bodywork repairs including dent removal, sanding, filling, and painting preparation.
Assess vehicle damage and provide accurate estimates for repairs.
Use dealership manuals and mechanical knowledge to ensure repairs meet manufacturer standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Collaborate with other technicians and staff to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Test drive vehicles post-repair to verify quality and safety standards are met.

Experience

Prior dealership experience - 5 years or more .
Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair or bodywork.
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized automotive equipment.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
Experience working with automotive paint, dent repair, and structural alignment is a plus.
Mechanic experience is advantageous but not mandatory; relevant training will be provided for the right candidate.
