Your Mission:

Prepare, review, and/or edit various forms of correspondence such as letters, invoices, presentations, publications, and reports
Data entry and general administrative duties
Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions
Organize, maintain, and coordinate office records and files
Photocopy, fax, scan and organize documents for distribution, mailing, binding, and filing
Accurately and appropriately file correspondence, invoices, and receipts
Reporting AEs and PQCs
Experience in reimbursement processes (private, public, and federal funding)

What You Bring to the Table:

One year of experience in a similar role;
Bilingualism in French & English is required;
Organization - Able to create or maintain processes to ensure all relevant information or tools are easily accessible;
Professionalism - Demonstrates professional standards of conduct when governing interactions between individuals in a business environment;
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office programs (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
Attention to Detail - Attends to details and pursues quality in the accomplishment of tasks, regardless of the volume of duties encountered;
Communication - Expresses and transmits information with consistency and clarity;
Ability to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment; and
Ability to work individually as well as part of a team.

Compensation: At BioScript, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.
