Description:

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Secondary Packaging Operator is responsible for shrink wrapping and placing the products in boxes, labeling and assembly of pharmaceutical and cosmetic products. In addition, he/she ensures control and documents the steps to ensure that products are in compliance with regulatory and other corporate quality requirements.

Responsibilities:

Complete packaging master files (lot#, quantity of component supplied)
Respecting all instructions concerning start of the production line
Respecting the instructions of the packaging files (the steps to follow)
Ensuring the files are properly filled (dates, signatures, etc.)
Shrink wrapping and placing the products in boxes, labeling and assembly of products based on packaging master files
Identify packaging zones with respect to the current operations (ensure that the production area is clean and in order at all times)
Perform verification and controls during packaging following the instructions detailed in the packaging file and register them
Clean tables and production area following the prescribed procedures and fill in cleaning tags
Perform all other related activities

Description:

Sous la responsabilité du superviseur de production, le/la préposé(e) au conditionnement secondaire est responsable d’effectuer la mise en boîte ou cellophane, l’étiquetage et l’assemblage des produits pharmaceutiques et cosmétiques. De plus, il s’assure de contrôler et de documenter les différentes étapes afin de s'assurer que les produits sont en conformité avec la réglementation et autres exigences de qualité de l'entreprise.

Responsabilités:

Remplir le dossier d’emballage (lot#, quantité de composant fournie)
Respecter toutes les instructions concernant le départ de ligne
Respecter les indications du dossier (les étapes à suivre)
S’assurer que les dossiers sont bien remplis (dates, signatures, etc.)
Effectuer la mise en boîte ou cellophane, l’étiquetage et l’assemblage des produits selon les dossiers d’emballage
Identifier les salles de production en fonction de l’opération en cours (nettoyage, set-up, etc) selon les dossiers d’emballage
Effectuer et documenter les étapes ou l’ouverture et la fermeture des lignes de conditionnement selon les dossiers d’emballage
Nettoyer les tables et remplir les documents et étiquettes après chaque nettoyage.
Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes
