Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, handle clerical tasks, and ensure smooth daily operations within our office environment. This role offers an opportunity to utilize a variety of office skills, customer service, and document management, in a professional setting that values efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors and answering phones with professionalism and courtesy
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Excel, and QuickBooks
Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents and records
Provide exceptional customer support and service to clients and visitors
Support administrative functions such as proofreading documents, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars
Handle correspondence via email and phone, demonstrating strong phone etiquette
Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and organizing files to ensure efficient workflow

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is preferred
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and document management
Effective communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service experience
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Capable of proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity
Familiarity with filing systems and front desk operations is a plus
This position requires a professional demeanor, organizational prowess, and the ability to support various administrative functions seamlessly.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
