What You'll Do

Provide exceptional personal care and support to residents.
Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting independence, dignity, and choice.
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
Observe and report changes in residents' health and well-being.
Work collaboratively with the nursing team to deliver outstanding resident care.
Provide the exceptional customer service that Waterford Senior Living is known for.

Qualifications

Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent Health Care Aide qualification.
Experience in retirement living or long-term care is an asset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
