Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Laborer to join our team and contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of outdoor spaces. This role involves working on various landscaping projects, utilizing a range of tools and equipment to ensure high-quality results. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong work ethic. MUST have own transportation.

Responsibilities

Assist with landscape installation, including planting, sod laying, soil preparation, gravel and interlock
Operate machinery such as excavators (not required) and power tools safely and effectively
Use hand tools and mechanical equipment for construction and maintenance tasks
Support team in landscape construction projects, including grading and site preparation
Ensure all work areas are clean, safe, and organized following safety protocols

Qualifications

Prior experience with landscaping, horticulture, or related fields is preferred but not required
Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques is advantageous
Mechanical knowledge related to equipment operation and basic repairs is a plus
Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely
Strong physical stamina to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions
Basic understanding of construction practices related to landscaping projects
Willingness to learn new skills and work effectively as part of a team
