Full job description

Overview
We're looking for a skilled labourer to join our team. You'll support multiple site operations by performing general maintenance and keeping work areas clean, organized and safe. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in hard work and wants to grow with a busy crew.

Duties

Clean and maintain construction sites, including sweeping, debris removal, and waste disposal
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks such as carrying materials, holding items in place, and handing off tools
Operate basic hand and power tools safely
Ensure worksite compliance with health and safety regulations
Keep storage and staging areas organized

Experience

Prior experience in construction/repairs or related trades is advantageous
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, basic carpentry or restoration work is desirable
Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately. This role provides an excellent pathway for individuals interested in building a career within our company. We value safety-conscious team players who are eager to develop their skills across multiple trades while contributing to high-quality projects.

What We're Looking For

Reliability is essential — punctual, consistent, and ready to work
Previous construction or labour experience is an asset
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
Strong attention to safety and willingness to follow directions
Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation to multiple job sites
Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team

Pay: $19.00 per hour
