At Precision Physiotherapy, we're looking for an energetic, organized, and people-focused Patient Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our clinic. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy connecting with people, and love being part of a supportive team, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do

Welcome patients with a warm, professional, and positive attitude.
Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments efficiently.
Coordinate patient bookings and maintain an organized clinic schedule.
Educate patients on treatment plans and available services.
Build strong relationships with patients to ensure an outstanding experience from their first visit to their last.
Assist patients with insurance, billing, and administrative paperwork.
Collaborate with our healthcare team to keep clinic operations running smoothly.
Help patients commit to their care plans by confidently discussing treatment recommendations and scheduling future appointments.

Available to work flexible shifts, including Saturdays.

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, reception, healthcare, hospitality, retail, or sales is an asset.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
Experience in a healthcare setting is an asset but not required—we provide training for the right person.
