Job Summary:

We are currently looking for a passionate, dedicated and detail-orientated Marriott Breakfast Busperson to join our Marriott on the Falls team. The Marriott Breakfast Busperson will approach our guests in an attentive, friendly and service-oriented manner and provide each guest with a dining experience that will be remembered long after their stay.

What you’ll be doing:

Warmly welcome our guests.
Assists servers with guest orders and ensures delivery of high quality service.
Clearing and cleaning tables to ensure they are presentable; carrying trays of dishes to stewarding area.
Restock cutlery and supplies.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in all areas of our food and beverage outlets.
Adhering to all health and safety regulations and standards, and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service oriented manner by demonstrating appropriate Marriott service behaviours.
Comply with Marriott policies, procedures and Occupational Health and Safety regulations etc.
Participating in daily standup meetings.
All other duties as assigned.

What we’re looking for:

Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional.
Well organized and attention to detail.
Must be able to work well under pressure.
Must be able to work evening and day shifts including weekends and holidays.
Must have good interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with customers and employees.
Demonstrated ability to maintain professional composure at all times, while performing multiple tasks among staff, multiple guests/multiple items/products.
Smart Serve Certificate required.
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job (i.e., lifting 20-lb. trays).
