Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proficient in technology, and have a professional demeanor to represent our brand effectively.

Duties

Greet visitors and clients warmly upon arrival, maintaining excellent phone etiquette and customer service standards.
Contact and book leads/prospects/new members to direct them to the appropriate program.
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using POS systems and other technology tools
Handle cash handling and cashiering responsibilities accurately during transactions
Conduct product demos and upsell additional services or products to enhance customer experience
Maintain organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and presentable
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate with other departments for seamless operations
Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in person, demonstrating strong communication skills
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping with organizational skills
Maintain gym floor and changerooms

Skills

Experience in sales and customer service
Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and customer service orientation
Math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
Proficiency with POS systems and familiarity with merchandising practices
Ability to upsell products or services tactfully to maximize sales opportunities
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism and positive attitude

We value proactive individuals who are eager and take initiative to deliver outstanding service while supporting daily front desk operations. Commission based pay is an option.
