Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth consultations that confidently convert into treatment plans
Deliver advanced treatments such as laser hair removal, CoolSculpting, microneedling, and skin mapping
Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Recommend packages, memberships, and skincare products to maximize client results and revenue
Build strong, long-term client relationships that drive retention and referrals
Maintain accurate client records and manage bookings through our CRM system

Who You Are

Certified Medical Aesthetician with a diploma from a recognized institution
Minimum 2 years of experience in medical aesthetics with proven sales performance
Confident closer who thrives in a target-driven environment
Skilled at upselling, objection handling, and building trust with clients
Flexible to work evenings and weekends
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
Able to travel between clinic locations across the Greater Toronto Area as needed
