SALARY RANGE: $98 ,400 - 116,800+

Actual base pay will depend and vary based on factors such as individual experience and skills of the applicant .

B ONUS : Starting Bonus at Target $24 ,600

This role may also be eligible for discretionary long-term incentive awards.

Variable Compensation opportunities are contingent on individual performance and overall business results, pursuant to the Bonus Plan; listed amount are targeted values and not guarantees.

ROLE SUMMARY:

The District Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and leading business development within an assigned district. This role delivers results through strategic planning, hands-on leadership of Business Development Representatives, and strong execution against sales targets. The DSM builds and maintains relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners to strengthen brand presence and loyalty. By leveraging market insights and performance data, they identify opportunities, address challenges, and optimize overall sales performance.

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:

Execute sales strategies to achieve district targets and drive revenue growth

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and refine approach

Lead, coach, and develop sales team; provide performance feedback and training

Build and manage relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners

Monitor sales performance and use data insights to optimize results

Collaborate cross-functionally to align on promotions, product availability, and financial goals

Execute national sales strategies and standards across distribution, promotion, and merchandising

Set strategic priorities and allocate resources to maximize district performance

Manage budgets and oversee data tracking to support decision-making

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven success in sales management with a strong ability to execute strategies and deliver revenue targets

Strong leadership skills with experience developing and motivating teams

Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills with clients a nd partners

Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance, market trends, and competitive insights

Effective communicator with strong presentation and influencing skills

Solid understanding of the beverage alcohol industry, including market trends and regulations

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate challenges and drive solutions
