Delysées Luxury Desserts – Baker/Pastry Chef Royalmount Mall

Delysées Luxury Desserts is thrilled to announce the opening of our brand-new location at Royalmount Mall! We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Baker/Pastry to join our culinary team. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a luxury French patisserie brand known for its creativity, precision, and high-end desserts.

Position: Baker/Pastry Chef
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Royalmount Mall

Responsibilities:

Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and food preparation
Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficiency and organization
Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency
Assist in inventory management and product ordering
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
Collaborate with management to create and execute new seasonal products
Help train and motivate the team to deliver an exceptional dessert experience

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a pastry, bakery, or restaurant kitchen
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety procedures
Leadership and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
Creativity and attention to detail in presentation
Bilingual – French and English are required for this position
Availability to work full time, including weekends
Pastry or chocolate experience is an asset

Nous recherchons un Baker/Pastry Chef passionné et attentif aux détails pour rejoindre notre équipe culinaire. C’est une excellente occasion de faire partie d’une pâtisserie française de luxe reconnue pour sa créativité, sa précision et ses desserts haut de gamme.

Poste : Baker/Pastry Chef
Date de début : ASAP
Lieu : Royalmount Mall

Responsabilités :

Soutenir le Chef principal dans les opérations quotidiennes de la cuisine et la préparation des produits
Superviser le personnel de cuisine et assurer l’efficacité du service
Maintenir des normes élevées de qualité, de présentation et de constance
Participer à la gestion des stocks et aux commandes de produits
Veiller au respect des normes d’hygiène, de sécurité et de salubrité
Collaborer à la création et à la mise en œuvre de nouvelles recettes saisonnières
Former et motiver l’équipe pour offrir une expérience dessert exceptionnelle

Exigences :

Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en pâtisserie, boulangerie ou cuisine de restaurant
Solide connaissance des opérations de cuisine et des normes de sécurité alimentaire
Compétences en leadership et en gestion du temps dans un environnement dynamique
Créativité et souci du détail dans la présentation
Bilinguisme requis – français et anglais
Disponibilité à temps plein, y compris les fins de semaine
Une expérience en pâtisserie ou en chocolat est un atout
