Real Estate Administrative Assistant – Prince George, BC

I am looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support my busy real estate business.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys staying organized, managing multiple tasks at once, and helping ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Real estate can be fast-paced and deadlines are important, so strong time management and the ability to adapt to changing priorities are essential.

Technology & Software Skills:
The successful candidate should be comfortable using and learning a variety of software programs, including:

Canva
AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini)
Google Drive
Google Docs
Google Sheets
Gmail
Microsoft Word
Microsoft Excel
Dropbox
Social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok

Experience with real estate software, CRMs, digital document management, and electronic signature programs is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities May Include:

Managing emails, calendars, and appointments
Preparing and organizing documents and contracts
Coordinating with clients, lawyers, mortgage brokers, inspectors, and other professionals
Maintaining CRM and client databases
Assisting with listing and transaction administration
Creating marketing materials and social media content
Managing social media accounts and online presence
Creating and organizing digital and paper files
Tracking deadlines and ensuring tasks are completed on time
General office administration and client support

Experience:
Previous administrative experience is preferred. Real estate experience is an asset but not required for the right person. Training will be provided.

The right person is someone who takes pride in being organized, enjoys helping people, and can see what needs to be done before being asked. You must use the word cauliflower in your introduction to be considered for this position. In this role, attention to detail, initiative, adaptability, and the ability to stay one step ahead are more important than real estate experience alone.

This position is ideal for someone who wants to be part of a client-focused business built on relationships, professionalism, and exceptional service.

Hours & Schedule:
Hours are flexible and may vary depending on workload and business needs. Some availability during evenings or weekends may occasionally be required. Real Estate does not have weekends.
