Gestionnaire des opérations / Superviseur(e) des opérations – Grand restaurant haut de gamme

Êtes-vous un leader dynamique passionné par l’hôtellerie-restauration et possédant une expérience dans la gestion de restaurants à volume élevé? Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) responsable des opérations pour diriger notre équipe et élever l’expérience des clients dans l’un des établissements de restauration les plus fréquentés et appréciés de la ville.

Lieu : À proximité du centre-ville de Québec, Québec, Canada
Horaire : Temps plein; disponibilité requise certains soirs, fins de semaine et jours fériés
Salaire : 70 000 $ à 75 000 $ par année, plus avantages sociaux

Vos responsabilités

À titre de gestionnaire des opérations, vous superviserez l’ensemble des activités quotidiennes sous la direction du directeur général, en veillant à l’excellence du service, à la qualité des plats et à la performance de l’équipe.

Responsabilités principales :

Diriger et développer une importante équipe composée du personnel de salle et de cuisine
Gérer les budgets, les stocks et les coûts d’exploitation
Favoriser un environnement de travail positif, professionnel et collaboratif
Assurer le respect des normes en matière de santé, de sécurité et d’hygiène
Gérer les relations avec la clientèle et résoudre les situations problématiques avec professionnalisme et diligence

Profil recherché

bilingue (français/anglais)
Minimum de 5 années d’expérience dans un restaurant à haute volume ou dans un établissement du secteur de l’hôtellerie-restauration
Excellentes aptitudes en leadership et en organisation
Solides compétences en communication et en résolution de problèmes
Bonne maîtrise de la gestion des opérations de restauration, tant en salle qu’en cuisine
Passion pour le service à la clientèle et approche centrée sur l’expérience du client
Capacité à travailler efficacement sous pression dans un environnement rapide et exigeant

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality and proven experience managing high-volume restaurants? We're looking for an operations leader to guide our team and elevate the guest experience at one of the busiest and most beloved dining establishments in the city.

Location: Near Downtown Quebec, Quebec, Canada
Schedule: Full-time, must be available for some nights, weekends & holidays
Salary: $70k - $75k base, plus benefits, full time

What You’ll Do

As an operations leader, you’ll oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations under the GM, ensuring excellence in service, food quality, and team performance. Responsibilities include:

Leading and mentoring a large team of front and back-of-house staff
Managing budgets, inventory, and costs
Creating and maintaining a positive, professional work environment
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Handling guest relations and resolving any issues with professionalism and care

What We’re Looking For

French speaking
Minimum 5 years of experience working in a high-volume restaurant or related hospitality venue
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with restaurant management both front and back of house.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
