Nous recherchons un(e) cuisinier(ère) de ligne fiable et motivé(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe de cuisine chez Souvlaki Bar. Le candidat idéal est passionné par la cuisine, capable de travailler efficacement sous pression et soucieux du respect des normes de qualité et de propreté. Une expérience préalable en cuisine est un atout, mais nous sommes disposés à former les candidats motivés.

Responsabilités :

Préparer et cuire les plats selon les recettes et les standards de Souvlaki Bar
Assurer la constance et la qualité des plats tout en respectant les délais de service
Maintenir un poste de travail propre, organisé et sécuritaire en tout temps
Participer à la préparation, à l’approvisionnement et au contrôle des stocks
Collaborer avec l’équipe de cuisine et suivre les directives du chef ou du gestionnaire
Respecter les normes d’hygiène et de salubrité alimentaire

Qualifications :

Expérience préalable comme cuisinier(ère) de ligne ou dans un poste similaire (atout)
Capacité à travailler dans un environnement rapide et dynamique
Bon esprit d’équipe, sens de l’organisation et ponctualité
Fiabilité, motivation et volonté d’apprendre
Disponibilité pour travailler en soirée et les fins de semaine au besoin

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Line Cook to join our kitchen team at Souvlaki Bar. The ideal candidate is passionate about cooking, works well under pressure, and is committed to maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. Previous experience in a kitchen environment is an asset, but we are open to training motivated candidates.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to Souvlaki Bar’s recipes and standards
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining consistency and quality
Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe at all times
Assist with food preparation, stocking, and inventory control
Work closely with the kitchen team and follow instructions from the Head Cook/Manager
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills
Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
