Présenter les menus et fournir des informations détaillées sur nos offres, y compris les plats du jour et les sélections de vin.
Prendre des commandes de nourriture et de boissons avec précision, en portant une attention particulière aux détails et aux préférences de personnalisation.
Livrer les commandes de manière rapide et précise, en veillant aux normes les plus élevées de présentation et de qualité.
Anticiper les besoins des clients et répondre de manière proactive à toute préoccupation ou demande pour garantir une expérience de restauration sans faille.
Collaborer avec le personnel de cuisine et de bar pour assurer un service efficace et rapide.
Gérer les paiements et traiter les transactions avec précision, en préservant l'intégrité de nos procédures financières.

Exigences :

Expérience antérieure en tant que serveur/serveuse dans un environnement de restaurant à forte fréquentation préférée.
Compétences exceptionnelles en service à la clientèle avec une passion pour dépasser les attentes des clients.
Solide connaissance de la cuisine italienne et du vin préférée, avec une volonté d'apprendre et de grandir.
Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, avec la capacité de prospérer dans un environnement orienté vers l'équipe.
Flexibilité pour travailler le soir, les week-ends et les jours fériés au besoin.
Doit être éligible pour travailler au Canada.

Present menus and provide detailed information about our offerings, including daily specials and wine selections.
Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring attention to detail and customization preferences.
Deliver orders promptly and accurately, ensuring the highest standards of presentation and quality.
Anticipate guests' needs and proactively address any concerns or requests to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient and timely service.
Handle payments and process transactions accurately, maintaining the integrity of our financial procedures.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-volume restaurant environment preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
