Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Renovator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in construction and renovation, demonstrating proficiency in various trades. This role involves working on a variety of projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. The Renovator will be responsible for transforming spaces through restoration, remodeling, and repairs.

Duties

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute renovation projects accurately.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
Perform a variety of renovation, repair, and finishing tasks in residential and commercial environments.
Conduct touch-ups, repairs, and deficiency corrections following the completion of work by other trades.
Install cabinets and flooring, ensuring precision in measurements and alignment.
Apply caulking and construction painting techniques to enhance the finished look of projects.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
Document completed work, deficiencies, and project updates as required.
Support project completion by addressing last-minute client requests and ensuring a polished final product.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience in construction or renovation with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, concrete forming techniques, and masonry practices.
Experience in carpentry, cabinet installation, flooring installation, tile laying, plumbing, restoration, and construction painting is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality workmanship consistently.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise on-site.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
