Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with hand and power tools. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our service department.

Responsibilities

Perform oil changes and lubrication services on various vehicles.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete maintenance tasks.
Conduct inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
Assist in maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment used in the lube shop.
Collaborate with other technicians in the dealership to ensure timely service delivery.

Qualifications

Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair preferred.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and dealership operations is advantageous.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients.
Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during service tasks.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory; we are willing to train motivated candidates.
A valid driver's license is required.
