TSI Engineering is a small, growing engineering firm specializing in the sale and support of advanced engineering abilities and software solutions. We work with clients across industries such as manufacturing, construction, and product design.

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their administrative career who is eager to learn and grow in a professional office environment.

In this role, you will gain exposure to various aspects of the business, including office administration, accounting and HR aspects, sales support, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team
Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner
Schedule meetings and assist with calendar coordination, travel preperations
Prepare basic documents, quotes, and correspondence
Perform data entry and maintain organized digital filing systems
Update CRM records and assist with tracking client information
Support invoicing, expense entry, and basic bookkeeping tasks, backup for office manager
Coordinate office supplies and assist with shipments
Help organize webinars, training sessions, and internal meetings
Perform general office duties and assist with ad hoc tasks

Qualifications

Diploma or certificate in Office Administration, Business Administration, or related field (or currently completing)
0–1 year of experience in an administrative, retail, or customer service role (co-op or internship experience is an asset)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and in a small team environment

Assets (Nice to Have)

Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Wrike)
Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
Interest in engineering, technology, or software
Experience in a small office environment

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $40,000 – $45,000 CAD per year (entry-level, based on experience)
