Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales/Contract Manager to join our team. This role is essential in developing and maintaining strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving business growth across various sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in B2B sales, technical sales, and account management, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and strategic business development. The Sales/Contract Manager will leverage their expertise in sales strategies, negotiation, and leadership to expand our market presence and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets within assigned markets.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including lead generation, qualification, and follow-up.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that align with company policies while maximizing revenue opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.
Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and analyze market trends.
Conduct technical sales presentations and demonstrations to clients, showcasing product features and benefits.
Lead business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and effectively resolving issues.
Analyze sales data to evaluate performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans.
Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative environment focused on achieving team goals.

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong background in technology or technical sales preferred.
Demonstrated success in outside sales, account management, and business development roles.
Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals effectively.
Strong analysis skills to interpret market data and sales performance metrics.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients at all levels.
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
Knowledge of marketing strategies related to sales growth initiatives is advantageous.
Ability to work independently with a proactive approach toward achieving targets.
