Full job description

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of dental office management, ensuring that our team delivers high-quality patient care while maintaining efficient practice operations. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage staff, budgets, and patient relations in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Manage all treatment, major treatment, financial agreements.
Supervise and coordinate the activities/ Hiring/ Onboarding/ Terminations/ AM meetings/ Team meetings and preformation reviews of employees.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards, including maintaining accurate electronic medical records. IPAC, etc.
Maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment; order as necessary to ensure smooth operations within budget
Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and high morale among staff.
Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance overall patient satisfaction.
Stay updated terminology and advancements in dental practices to ensure best practices are followed.

Monthly treatment acceptance goals

Experience

Previous experience in a dental office or acute care setting is required, knowledge of Tracker software.
Recall max experience.
Proven experience in budgeting and financial management within a dental practice.
Demonstrated ability to supervise team effectively while fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.
DPM certificate is encouraged
CPR required
WHIMS is required
IPAC certifications required
