We are a leading school photography company serving schools and communities across Canada. We capture confident smiles and milestone moments - from kindergarten through graduation day.

Create a smooth, well‑organized Picture Day experience

We’re now accepting applicants from Scarborough and surrounding areas (including Pickering, Trenton, Belleville, Scarborough and Oshawa). Travel to schools within the region is required for this role.

Everest Solutions and Images Ltd. is hiring energetic, creative, and friendly Seasonal Photographers to join our school photography team.

This is a customer-facing role where you’ll interact with students, school staff, and families while capturing memorable moments.

What You'll Do

Capture high-quality student portraits while following established photography standards
Create a positive, professional, and well-organized Picture Day experience
Set up, operate, and pack down photography equipment at school locations
Interact with students, school staff, and volunteers in a friendly and professional manner
Work with team members to ensure Picture Day runs smoothly and on schedule
Safely transport and care for photography equipment and materials

Position Details

Role: Seasonal
Term length: 3 to up to 10 months, depending on business needs
Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour
Start date: August 22, 2026

What You’ll Bring

Enthusiasm and passion for capturing meaningful student portraits and creating lasting memories
Strong customer service and communication skills, with confidence interacting with students, staff, and families in a school environment

Willingness to work a varied seasonal schedule, primarily Monday to Friday, with early mornings and occasional extended days as needed
Daily access to a reliable, insured vehicle and a valid Canadian driver’s license
Ability to lift and operate provided camera equipment, up to 40 lbs.
A high school diploma or GED equivalent
Must be at least 18 years of age in accordance with applicable employment standards
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and able to perform work from within Canada
