What this role actually is

This is not a sit-behind-a-desk, fill-out-reports, or wait-for-customers role.

We expect you to:

Knock on doors
Call on growers who don’t know you yet
Get told “no” more than “yes”
Earn trust over time
Build your own book of business from scratch

Who this is for

You’ll fit if you:

Have agronomy experience (retail, feed, crop inputs, farm background)
Can talk crop and soil not just products
Would like ownership over your time and pay-check
Take pride in building long-term relationships, not one-time sales
Can handle rejection

What you’re stepping into

A family-run ag retail business
A lean team that is in pursuit of progress
25+ years in ag sales
Access to advanced technology that actually gives you something different to talk about
A business model built around full-circle relationships from first conversation to results in the field

What we won’t do

Micromanage your day
Bury you in paperwork
Force you into a rigid “sales process”
