Accountant / Intermediate Accountant

Build broad, full-cycle accounting expertise within a project-driven professional services organization while preparing for a clear progression to Controller. This is an ideal opportunity for a CPA student seeking mentorship, increasing ownership, and the chance to strengthen reporting, systems, and financial operations.

What You’ll Be Doing as the Accountant

Manage full-cycle accounting, including AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, and month-end
Assist in preparing financial statements, WIP reports, forecasts, budgets, and cash-flow analysis
Coordinate year-end working papers, tax support, and regulatory filings
Strengthen controls, documentation, dashboards, and accounting processes
Advise project leaders on billing, costs, and project performance

About You as the Accountant

Actively pursuing your CPA designation
Proven full-cycle accounting experience
Job or process costing and professional services experience are assets
Comfortable in an integrated ERP environment and motivated to automate and streamline processes
Experience with AI tools, Power BI, or systems integration would be valuable
