Full job description

Mar-Co Products Inc. is a company built on a solid heritage in the clay industry. We bring the know-how and expertise to our production of custom clay mixes for baseball diamonds, running tracks, and other sports field surfaces, and the manufacturing and bagging of products for our wholesale stone and aggregate division.

With deep roots in the clay and brick industry, we’ve grown into an innovative, B2B-focused supplier with production facilities in both Canada and the U.S. Our team is committed to quality, service, and building lasting relationships with customers and suppliers, supported by ongoing product innovation and responsive logistics.

We’re looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Admin / Yard Dispatch to join our team. Starting at 6:45 a.m., this is a full-time, 1-year contract postition that plays an important role in both customer service and yard coordination.

Anticipated Start Date: September/October 2026

What You’ll Do

Be the first point of contact for all truck drivers entering the yard.
Operate the truck scale and clearly communicate load requirements with yard operators (using CB radio).
Coordinate with warehouse and yard team for efficient receiving of inbound shipments.
Prepare and maintain organized records of shipping and receiving paperwork (i.e. bills of lading, customs documents, etc.).
Update ERP with order status changes.
Greet and assist customers, and visitors at our front desk.
Manage phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
Support the Order Entry team with entering new sales orders.

What We’re Looking For

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams under time constraints.
Experience in dispatch, logistics coordination, or customer service is an asset.
Basic ERP system and computer skills preferred.
