Fountain Tire (Penticton) LTD.

Location: Penticton, BC

We're looking for an experienced automotive professional who is ready to take the next step in their career.

This is not just another front-counter position. We're looking for someone who wants to help lead a well-established, fast-paced automotive repair shop known for exceptional customer service, honesty, and quality workmanship.

If you're someone who takes ownership, enjoys solving problems, supports your team, and believes customers should always be treated with respect, we'd like to meet you.

What You'll Do

Assist in the day-to-day management of the shop.
Write estimates and sell repairs with honesty and integrity.
Coordinate workflow between service advisors, technicians, and parts suppliers.
Handle customer concerns professionally and confidently.
Support hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
Help maintain a productive, positive shop culture.
Help monitor and maintain inventory.
Monitor shop performance and help achieve productivity and profitability goals.
Step into a leadership role when ownership is away.
Ensure every customer receives an outstanding experience.

What We're Looking ForRequired Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive repair industry.
Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Shop Foreman, Assistant Manager, or Manager.
Strong understanding of automotive repair procedures and maintenance services.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable making decisions independently.

Competitive wage of $30–$35 per hour, based on experience.

Tuesday to Saturday schedule (additional hours during peak periods may be required).
