Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing attentive service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages. You will work closely with kitchen staff and management to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen.
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining a clean and organized service area.
Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation practices.
Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, providing solutions to enhance their experience.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders.
Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils, and dining areas throughout the shift.

Skills

Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and customer service best practices.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and sanitation procedures.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
Proficient in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
Ability to assist in food preparation while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
A proactive approach to upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction.
