Full job description

Colbourne Ford is seeking a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our growing dealership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with strong sales ability, exceptional people skills and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Every second Saturday

What We're Looking For:

Proven sales experience with the ability to build value and close opportunities professionally.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong customer service mindset and commitment to creating a positive buying experience.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Comfortable working with lenders, financial institutions, and dealership software systems.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

Present and arrange vehicle financing options for customers.
Complete credit applications and secure approvals through lenders and financial institutions.
Present and sell F&I; products, including extended warranties, protection plans, GAP coverage, tire and wheel protection, key replacement, and other dealership offerings.
Ensure all finance and insurance documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with applicable regulations.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer purchase experience.
Maintain strong relationships with lending partners and product providers.
Review and finalize vehicle purchase and lease agreements.
Achieve departmental sales and profitability objectives while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
Follow dealership processes and manufacturer compliance requirements.
