Concept Build Group – Burlington/Oakville Area

Overview

We are seeking a driven and creative Interior Designer & Sales Consultant to join our growing renovation team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both design and sales and wants to be directly involved in transforming homes through high-quality renovations.

You will guide clients from the initial consultation through design, proposal, and closing, helping bring their vision to life while ensuring a seamless and professional experience. This position plays a key role in generating revenue while maintaining the high standards our brand is known for.

What You’ll Be Responsible For Client Experience & Sales

Lead in-home and in-office consultations for renovation projects (kitchens, bathrooms, basements, main floors)
Build strong relationships with clients and guide them through the design + renovation process
Identify client needs, budget, and vision, and present tailored solutions
Prepare and present design concepts, material selections, and project proposals
Close deals and consistently hit sales targets

Design & Planning

Create functional and visually appealing designs using 20/20 design software (preferred)
Assist clients with selections: cabinetry, finishes, fixtures, layouts, and materials
Produce drawings, layouts, and presentations that clearly communicate the project scope
Ensure all designs align with budget, feasibility, and construction requirements

Project Coordination

Work closely with project managers, trades, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution
Prepare accurate scopes of work and assist with estimating
Coordinate product orders and ensure timely delivery of materials
Support the project lifecycle from concept to completion

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2+ years experience in interior design, renovations, or related sales
Proficiency in 20/20 Design (strongly preferred)
Experience using CRM systems (GoHighLevel, Buildertrend, BilldrPro, or similar is an asset)
Strong understanding of residential renovations and construction processes
Confident in both design presentation and closing sales
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
Strong eye for design, layout, and detail
