PURCHASER

Qualifications Needed:

High Proficiency with using QuickBooks is a MUST
Experience with Microsoft Office Software
Time Management and Organizational Skills are a major asset
Inventory Management is an asset
Strong knowledge of the entire procurement process
Shipping and Logistics experience is an asset
Experience in the Store Fixture / Millwork industry an asset

DUTIES INCLUDE:

Procurement

Working closely with Project Managers on their Build of Materials to create purchase orders using Quickbooks.
Source, negotiate, and comparing pricing on various commonly ordered inventory items
Follow up with Suppliers to ensure due dates are met as well as quality
Work closely with shipping / receiving department to receive product/packing slips and inventory items in system
Runs reports for weeks end, such as Open PO, etc.;
Able to work with Project Manager to create & maintain Build of Materials for multiple work orders for open and ongoing projects.
Execute new approaches and systems as required and other duties as assigned.
Ability to read drawings and CAD experience are a major asset.

REQUIRED

Processing invoices and shipping paperwork
Receiving all materials in Quickbooks
