Logistics / Dispatch Coordinator

Commercial Construction | Full-Time | Immediate Start

A well-established, local commercial construction company is looking for a Logistics / Dispatch Coordinator to be the operational backbone of our projects — connecting field crews, subcontractors, and management to keep every job on track and on time.

If you're the type of person who loves solving problems before they escalate, juggling priorities without missing a beat, and being the go-to person everyone relies on — this is your next role.

What You'll Do

Coordinate travel, accommodation, and route planning across active job sites
Oversee fleet operations, including maintenance schedules and insurance compliance
Dispatch service calls and track progress to ensure timely completion
Manage and update project databases, records, and documentation
Liaise daily with subcontractors on work orders, maintenance requests, and updates
Support field crews and skilled trades with operational and administrative coordination
Handle general office administration — data entry, filing, scanning, and reporting
Be the professional voice clients, vendors, and team members count on

What You Bring

Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, ideally in construction or a related industry
A community college diploma in Office Administration or similar
Sharp attention to detail and top-notch multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication
A calm, organized approach to a fast-paced environment
Flexibility for evening and weekend work
