Position Overview:

As a Server, you'll have the opportunity to create exceptional dining experiences for our valued guests. Your role is to provide top-notch service, offering your extensive knowledge of our menu and making delightful recommendations. With a keen eye for detail, you'll ensure tables are beautifully presented and clean. Your proficiency in managing payments and maintaining cash accuracy ensures a seamless and satisfying dining experience for our customers. Responsibilities:

Deliver an unparalleled level of service to maximize customer satisfaction.

Make enticing recommendations and expertly address inquiries concerning menu items.
Serve food and beverages to guests while ensuring needs are met promptly throughout their dining experience.

Requirements:

Must be bilingual and at least 18 years old.
Process a valid work permit or be a Canadian resident.
Previous working experience as a waitress/waiter required.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Capable of standing for the duration of the shift.
Expert multitasking abilities and the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine, including expertise in wine pairing recommendations and traditional culinary techniques, to provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsabilités :

Fournir un service de qualité supérieure et maximiser la satisfaction des clients.
Connaître en détail tous les produits du menu.

Exigences :

Être bilingue et avoir 18 ans ou plus
Avoir un permis de travail valide ou être résident canadien.
Expérience professionnelle préalable en tant que serveur/serveuse requise.
Excellentes aptitudes à la communication, aux relations interpersonnelles et à l'organisation.
Vous devez être capable de travailler debout pendant toute la durée de votre quart de travail.
Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à rester calme et professionnel dans un environnement où les activités se déroulent à un rythme rapide.
Flexibilité pour travailler sur différents quarts de travail, y compris les week-ends, les soirs et les jours fériés.
Solide connaissance du vin et de la cuisine italienne, incluant une expertise dans les recommandations d’accords mets-vins et les techniques culinaires traditionnelles, afin d’offrir une expérience gastronomique exceptionnelle à nos clients.
