Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Crew Member and become a vital part of delivering exceptional food and service experiences! In this energetic role, you’ll be the friendly face customers rely on, assisting with food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. Your enthusiasm and teamwork will help create a lively atmosphere where guests feel welcomed and valued. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food service, sales, and hospitality while contributing to a fast-paced, fun environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble food items efficiently following established recipes and safety standards
Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with enthusiasm
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all areas including dining spaces, kitchen stations, and food handling zones
Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and ensuring the dining area remains inviting
Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and basic math calculations
Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices

Experience

Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurants is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is a plus but training will be provided
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
Experience in customer service roles that involve serving or cashiering enhances your ability to connect with guests effectively
Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures is advantageous but can be learned on the job
Culinary or kitchen experience can be beneficial for understanding food preparation processes
