Overview
We at Koch Ford Lincoln Sales (2003) Ltd. are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to oversee financial operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial services, dealership experience, and excellent negotiation skills. This role requires a strategic thinker with a customer-focused approach, capable of managing financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support business growth and operational efficiency. The Finance Manager will play a key role in guiding financial decisions, fostering client relationships, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals
Oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
Manage relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring favorable terms through effective negotiation
Provide financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership for decision-making
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Lead and mentor finance team members to enhance their skills and performance
Collaborate with sales teams to optimize financing options for customers
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments in financial services and dealership markets

Requirements

Proven experience in financial services or dealership finance management
Strong background in negotiation, sales support, and customer service
Excellent mathematical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets
Prior experience working within dealership environments is highly desirable
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members
Ability to lead a team effectively while managing multiple priorities
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; advanced certifications are a plus
Demonstrated proficiency in financial software and tools relevant to the industry

Pay: $100,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
